I have on my z5 premium the charger uch20 wich is not a fast charger,is is normally?
What charger do you received in the box?

I got a UCH20 with my Z5 Premium, which is a regular charger not quick charger, you will need:

UCH10 Quick Charger

I haven't seen anyone getting the UCH10 in their box, also, items in the box vary per region, network, etc. As for where to buy it, you can buy it from Sony, Amazon, ebay, etc.
