Hello, I have some big problem with my Xperia Z since last week:
I have cleaned up my xperia Z in water with the flaps closed.. But after that the power button stopped working. It doesn't do anything. I can't lock the screen or unlock it. Sometimes when I press volume up, it acts like the power button and asks if I want to shutdown etc.
Last thing my speaker is not working properly. Sometime it works, sometime not. And it sounds sizzling.
For all these reasons, i have send it to Sony Service. And they said it is water damage. They sent me back my phone without repair. I just checked the water detection stickers: USB and headphone are colored white.
As you see, this is not my fault. I have read some blogs about this problem. They have got a replacement from Sony.
What sould i do know? Please help, Thank your ideas and supports..

Alexdon,
I've read some blogs in my country(Turkey). All users that have the same problem are aggrieved about Sony Service in Turkey. The service is not care people's problem. They just looks in the phone. And if phone is water damage, they say "user fault" and they send back the phone without repair. Users goes to the court about communication technology for this.
Thank your help, I will try this solution. I hope it works out well.
I am sorry to hear this, but on the forum there is not much you can do.Best is you contact xperia care and a staff member.
