xperia z2 dead , red light blinking when connected to usb charging cable

 My phone is totally dead, i cant do anything power button + volume up button , force restart button near the sim , and nothing happens , also when i connect to a usb charger the red light is blinking all the time . Please HELP ME i need my xperia z2 back to live....

Hi @helpkevin, I am so sorry to hear that.

Just to confirm, have you tried removing SIM- and SD cards, forced a shutdown, tried charging with different cables and chargers, and also tried a software repair using Xperia Companion? In that case I am afraid that I can only refer you to have your device sent to an authorized service center in order to have your device examined by a technician.  

In order to have it sent in, I recommend that you get in touch with your Local support in order to be assisted. They are well informed regarding the local service routines, warranty terms and consumer laws.

Dear All, i have the same problem after trying to flashing COSROM, and i use "XperiaCompanion" and choice Software Repair and my Xperia z2 go normaly again.

i've experienced all of these.

first time it happened, it ried the solutions given by sony which is the sony companion and it helped.

the next event is the power button and the down volume button it also restore my phone.

the third time all of the solutions are not working.

i tried using the sony companion and my phone can't be detected.

i tried pressing the red small button on the sim port it didn't work too

i tried pressing the volume up and down button together with the power button and it didnt work.

i tried charging my phone and it is in constant boot loop. 

i did all of the solutions i found here on this forum and other sites. but all of it doesnt work.

what seems to be the problem of my phone?

But:

My way how i can get my Sony Xperia Z2 back to live

1. Charge your Smartphone one Hour

2. Press the Power-button and the Volume up button for 15 Seconds. (Your Phone must connecded to the Power)

3. Disconect your Phone from the Power

4. Press the Power button and the Volume up button Again for 15 Seconds

5. Conect your Phone to your Computer

6. Press again the Power button and the Volume up button for 15 Seconds.

7. Disconect your Phone from you Computer

8. Wait 1 Minute

9. Open the Sony Software

10. Conect your Phone again to your Computer

11. Wait 1 Minute

12. Yeah now your Phone works again
