Hello there,

what is the solution when the mobile is completely out of order to back up files ?

I have only the red light and one vibration when I connect it on a computer.

Broken screen and little dive in a pool...

Hi @phalnaut1, I am sorry to hear about this.

If you are not able to interact with the screen on the phone, I am afraid that there is no possibility to back up the content on the phone. This due to the fact that the phone needs to be set to transfer files in order for a backup to be possible.
