Z5 Compact Complete Failure

Hi All,

I've had my Z5 Compact for a couple of weeks now. It's only had light use but seems to get rather warm. It's just frozen up on me and completely shut down. Now it won't witch back on and it won't connect to my PC - no charge light or transfer light, nothing.

Any ideas? Has it just overheated?

OK, a hard reset has got it bck up and running. For now........
