I've got a Sony Android TV (KD-65XF9005) with the 'connected, no internet' issue.

The TV is only connected with internet, not to broadcasting cable.
It's supposed to be solved by changing the automatic time setting from 'use broadcast time' to 'use network time'.
But on my TV this option is greyed out and can't be selected.
It's driving me crazy (it took me 4 hours to get where I am now).
How can I change my TV to use network time?
Hi, the settings should be Go to [Settings] → scroll down to [System Preferences] → select [Date & time] → select [Use Network Time]
But in some countries, this setting cannot be changed due to certification requirements. Where are you based?
I live in the Netherlands. Can you elaborate on 'certification requirements'?
