Bug with number pad in call phones menu

My phone displays both number keyboard and contacts behind it. Here is screenshot:

Any way to fix it?

I have never seen this before. I suggest that you try to reboot the phone and check if it remains. If yes try to reinstall the phone software using SUS. That should fix the problem.
