external SD (ext_card) and internal storage are not detected in windows after upgrading to ICS

Before I upgraded to ICs, Windows can detect both  my built-in and my external SD card

It used to show on My Computer as two separate storage drives.

Only yesterday, after I upgraded to ICS, Windows cannot detect any of the storages.

But my phone notification says "Int. storage and SD card connected to PC"

I also tried erasing my external card but still not luck.

What should I do?

Any help are greatly appreciated.

Try this. Go to settings - Xperia - Connectivity - check the square next to Install PC Companion. Then try connecting via USB. This should work.
