freeze and bad battery life

i just wanted to ask my sony xperia SL freeze and very bad battery life i wanna know if there is a solution
and what the jelly bean will benifiet when it comes on my phone?
and is it normal to freeze or i go to warranty ?

Jelly Bean will "start to roll out" sometime around March.

if your battery life it's about 10hrs with normal use, thats ok.

can you elaborate on your phone freezing?

also charge your phone 100% > use it as you  normally would > then once your battery is down to 10%

settings > battery > take screenshots of:

1. the whole list
2. the graph
3. tap on the top 4 items on the list

screenshot = press and hold power & volume down

it normally freeze and the phone end like after 5-4 hours if i open internet ( only for whatsapp)
and 30 min playing games or not playing games
i can make something to make net open for only whatsapp not for facebook etc?

when you say your phone freeze what exactly happen?

go to settings > data usage > set a limit > tap on each item on the list and limit background data

mhm at whatsapp or when typing it sometimes freeze alone without anything
and sometimes it dont freeze but when i click on letters it donot write
and i was askinf ig i can make internet open for just whatsapp not for all things
