how to get 3D Camera and Picture after ICS update ?

my Xperia P got updated today and 3D Camera and Picture are not found in the ICS. These two application are useful for me. How can I get them back ?

BTW:the phone seems to run slowly after ICS update. Is is a solo problem or other guys also met this issue ?

Go to Camera, On the Right Side top u will getting one option,Click that and select the  3D Sweep Panorama

Thanks, it solves the 3D Camera issue. how about the Picture ? the new app albumn of ICS seems not as good as the old one. maybe just I got used to the old one

unfortunately, this seems to be a problem with the update, the 3d album is gone,

The 3d album is still there.. go to "Album" click/open the "3d photo", on the left side down u will getting the option for 3D view..
