Lockscreen Messaging Display Issue

Hi All,

So I have a issue on my Xperia P in that I have Messaging enabled for the lockscreen. As it stands, when I receive a message, the name of the contact is not displayed, it only indicates I have a new message which is rather annoying.

I have tried repairing the phone via Sony Birdge for Mac with no luck, any ideas as to the cause of the issue ?

make sure you have unticked 'privacy' under settings -> display -> lock screens settings
