Micro SD error

Hi Team,

I have a 16GB microSD card from my old mobile and inserted into my new Xperia J, I set the camera photos to be written to the SD card,

But most of the times when I shot pics the pics is not getting saved and I am getting error on the screen, to get rid of it I have to either quit the camera and come back again , in some cases it is more worse that I have to restart my phone....

Is this error is also on your list of issues to be fixed?

reformat the SD card (make sure that you backup everything)

settings > storage > unmount SD card > wait > format SD card
