My Sony WT19i keeps on vibrating "Suddenly"

Dear Team,

I have a peoblem with my Sony (Sony Erisson) WT19i that it's just keep vibrating with out any reson even if I turn off wireless and I was sleeping but it was just vibrating and it wake me up. just three days age I've update the software to ICS 4.0.4 but still doing the same.

Please Advice.
