hi

sinse the last update of my xperia ray the phone is discharging the battery to lowest level and can not be charge by wall charger with 1200 mA the only way to charge is with some charge "booster" it's kind of external battery charger.

is any one found solution to this issue?

after a week with battery out of mobile it's finaly started to charge

The condition that the battery is completely empty, it took about 15-30 minutes to come up with indicators

I would have to advise returning both the phone and charger so that they may be assessed by an authorised repair agent.

What are your thoughts about this forum? Let us know by doing this short survey.

Have you tried with another charger of the same type?

or if it's not too much trouble, just repair your phone with PCC or SUS.

i have a little problem to do this i bought the phone in EU and i don't live there and not planning to visit there and what i have been told at local shop that sony don't have worldwide garanty.

yes i tried all chrgers i had at home even bought a new one 1200 mA the same shit.

it's impossible to do this as long as i cann't turned it on i need another battery to do this.

any way what happened to goog old sony phones i have k610i like more then 6 years old and still working with the original battery i'm very disappointed from the news quality. to bad my nwxt one won't be sony.
