Still Battery Drain after buying another Battery

Hello, i'm going crazy

I don't understand what is happening with my 4 month old XPERIA RAY !

I've changed the battery with the new one, switch off my phone and full charged it and when i've starded

the phone the state of the battery was 96%. After 5-6 hours with data activated, no GPS, no Wifi, no blutouth

the phones turn off (0%)... Can't believe that's normal !

When i've bought the XPERIA RAY, i've 2 days before my battery goes empty... And now the phone is heater than

before...

Is XPERIA RAY a big s**t like my first ps3 :smileymischief: ? I hope, i'm not true.

charge it 100% then use it as you normally would, once it gets to 10% do this

settings -> about phone -> battery use

take screenshots, tap on each item on the list and copy the amount of hours and minutes they were on post them here as well as the screenshots, also tap on the graph and post it here.

this seems to be an app acting up

repair your phone with SUS and then don't install any app, don't sync anything, don't even open mcafee and/or any other app, let it sit for 1hr and 2hr

I've already try this and i've just installed wikipedia app since the repair of my XPERIA RAY  with SUS...

In other hands i've try to unplug my SIM and my µSD , no way, same result...:smileycry:

Hi Johan,

I am using sony ericsson live with walkman. My cellphone battery immediately drains out when phone reaches to battery level of 40%, earlier it was 30%? (my cellphone immediately turns off after giving a battery warning) What is the problem with my cellphone? What should i do to get it resolved? Is this problem related to my cellphone or battery?

For your details - it's software is up to date (ICS) and its still under warranty.

I believe i would get an instant and reliable response from you because the service center people make fool of customers. And i dont want to get dissatisfied from your product. Hope you will take this matter on priority basis.
