Hi all, I am hoping one of you knowledgeble people can assist me with an issue I am having with my Xperia Arc touch screen.
It appears as though my touchscreen is malfunctioning or I have somehow inadvertantly changed touchscreen settings.
It looks like my screen is in some sort of diagnostic mode??
There is a row of small font text running along the top of the screen which seems to be displaying screen data? It says things like:
"P 0/1 dX:438 dY: 34.0 Xv: 0.032 Yv 0.060 Prs 0.16 Size: 0.8"
With a the numbers changing as I move my finger around.
An X and Y axis also appear at the point where I touch the screen and I also leave a "trail" as my finger moves around.
Is this common? Is it an easily adjusted setting? Or is it a fault?
Knowing me, it'll be something simple and stupid! Nut it's very annoying and would like my phone back to normal.
I have had the phone for about 16 moths without a problem.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Tim

It/s easy.. go to settings>> developer options>>pointer location.. uncheck that option... There you go!!

Wow, too easy, thanks so much ArcSBlack!
I feel a bit silly now...
No problem, man.. But how did that option get checked? That's my question!:smileyhappy:Because, by default, it is NOT!
