URGENT: X10 mini froze and I can't use it!

I woke up went to check my SMSs and the phone just froze when navigating the menu! Now the screen is always lit and I can't shut it down!

Since I cannot access the battery I can't make it shutdown. What do I do? (And please don't answer me hold the power button)

Rant: This is ridiculous, I need to use the phone

i dont have a clue.

if its not user replaceable battery , you have to wait for it to discharge to 0%

Yes slim, sadly that's what had to happen Can't imagine if the battery was full... Thanks anyway
