So, i upgraded my android from 2.3.4 to 4.0.4 and i heard that i need to root my phone...

What is that Root? and Boot Loader??

why do i need to do this? please answer that i will understand.. i'm not pro in all this stuff.

The CPU frequency os 1Ghz but you can overclock it. No needed to upgrade to JB for do it, only need you BootLoader unlocked and any custom kernel (for ICS or JB), then you can overclock until 1,6Ghz
