Xperia j no signal

I recently sent my phone off to be repaired by Sony as the screen wasn't working. As soon asiI got it back, I haven't been able to receive any signal. What can I do?

1. restart the phone 

2. make sure that the SIM card its properly inserted

It will be a lot easier, you can also try a different SIM card
