Hi,
My Xperia S went off by itself today. Since then it has spent the whole afternoon rebooting itself, i.e. the Sony logo comes on, then the Xperia, it then goes off to a blank screen for a few seconds before returning to the sony logo and so on. I have tried to turn it off and nothing happens. I also have tried to press on and volume up together and still no change. the battery died after a few hours of this, I charged it up and tried to turn it on only for the same thing to happen all over again! Please help.

okay I have downloaded the first link above, clicked run, connected my phone, did the power+ volume up followed by volume down and then I saw battery was in the red. so I am going to charge up the battery and try it again in an hour...will let you know how I get on. Do I also need to download the 2nd link? or was that one or the other? (sorry, but some of this technical language really confuses me, and feel a bit at a loss). Thanks.
