xperia sola camera button problem

ok. so i wanted to take the pictures with the button on the left side..i set it from camera menu but when i push it the blitz goes , autofocusing but no picture is taken. i hold it for about 30 seconds.nothing. with the button on the touchscreen it works. is this another ics bug ?

Push the button firmer, the first stage just focuses and the second stage captures the image.
