What i have tried so far:
I debranded the phone and wiped out AT&T rubbish and put a generic rom 7.0.A.3.195 flashed it through flashtools wiping everything but excluding the baseband. did not solve it.i then flashed with AT&T firmware LT30at_7.0.B.1.152_ATT, did not solve it. i repaired the phone, phone still reboots.
it's annoying, and thats a big bobo. how can you not discover that glitch before releasing the phone? and why is it taking soooo long to fix it? or are you fixing it Sony? can you issue a stement stating that SONY recognises the problem and a fix is on its way?
UPDATE::::
I have returned the phone got a new one, its been 8 hours so far and has not rebooted so i believe it was a hardware issue. BTW, i flashed to 7.0.A.3.195 as i can't stand att software... very happy Thank you for your help and recommendation

your phone might be faulty, I have the Xperia TL too, and so far I've never seen this issue, repair it with SUS if that doesn't work then take it back to AT&T

well, ill do it right after work, but from what i have read, many have changed the phone and some guy was talking about his third handset with the same problem....
you should buy the insurance, it's $7 a month and it cover theft, water damage, etc.
if i've already rooted my device and for whatever reason wanted to run the update tool, will it wipe out root?
yes it will
