If you do this yourself then no it can't be guaranteed as you would need to perform a pressure test or vacuum test to be sure as for the seal itself then search Amazon or a online retailer like that

Sorry but I'm not sure what you mean by this and where is this sticker?
I don't need to Google anything there is no sticker - There is a seal between the glass and frame or there is also on some an Anti shatter film
