Help
Hi @fariwar, sorry to hear about this.
Are you charging your phone using a wall socket or are you charging your phone using a computer? Also, have you tried different chargers in order to see if the behaviour persists?
First of all I would suggest that you make sure that the charger port is free from lint, dust and moisture. A blocked port can prevent the USB connector from fitting properly, and therefore prevent charging. Ensure that the USB port is completely dry, and gently remove any lint or dust using, for example, a wooden or plastic toothpick.
It is also recommended that you use a charger that is plugged into a wall socket instead of using a computer (and USB cable) to charge your device.
Another thing that you can try is to reboot your phone to safe mode. All apps downloaded from Play Store is temporarily deactivated while in safe mode and by doing this, you can see if this behaviour is caused by a downloaded app. For more information on safe mode and how to use it, click here.
Try these measures and let me know how it goes!
Dear
I'm cleaning connect charge but is not respond and if I still have this problem
about the safe boot cannot go to in safe boot because it cannot turn on the Sony Xperia Z c6603
and I connect the wall and computer for charging
I'm thanks for Your quest
Thank you @fariwar for your quick reply!
Again, have you tried different chargers in order to see if the behaviour persists? also have you tried forcing the phone to start by pressing and holding the power-key and the volume up-key simultaneously?
Another thing that you can try is to let the phone charge for at least 30 minutes while turned off. If the battery is drained, it may take up to 30 minutes for your device to respond to the charging. During this time, the screen may remain completely dark, not showing the charging icon. Also note that it can take up to 4 hours for a completely drained battery to charge fully.
Keep me posted!

Thanks
Thank you for the update, @fariwar!
In that case, I am afraid that the only thing left to do is to get in contact with your local support team. They can help you to have your phone sent to an authorized service center to be physically examined. If you have any questions regarding the service, such as routines, warranty and consumer laws, these type of questions are best answered by your local support team as well, as they vary between markets.
I hope that helped!

Hi again @fariwar,
As this is an international support forum, I am afraid that i cannot answer any market specific questions such as accessibility to spare parts. Again, I suggest that you get in contact with your local support team.
