I just wanted to know wether earphone jack should be closed or not ? If not why after I wash my Xperia Z3 using tap water it cannot be turn on and moisture start to fill at the camera ? I'm wondering ? After a day , now I can turn on my phone . But the moisture still there . Did I have to close the earphone jack if I want to use it in the water like washing it ?
It depends, it could be a factory issue, or issue caused through use of say a headphones, or it could be due to something else. It's best to get it inspected.
