Xperia Ion 3G speed issue

Hi

I am from chennai(India)

4 days before i bought xperia ion.

Problem is 3G slow speed

My Airtel 3g speed in xperia ion is max 60kb ...!(Screen shot attached)

but Signal reception & voice call is very well,

getting full 3G signal.

Also 2g net working fine.

and I Checked with another service provider Aircel 3G and it is working very well (Speed getting 7 mb/s)

Anybody facing the same issue?Kindly help me...

(Airtel CC don't know the reason   )

My oldxperia  neo v 3g wrking fine with my airtel sim...!

Is it phone problem ?

I brought it through Ebay, i don't know is it Indian version or any other country version.. If you know please let me know the solution.

As per sony customer care ppls xperia ION lT28A is international model and LT28h is indian model.

that's not accurate

LT28i = international version

LT28at = AT&T USA

LT28h = hspa+ version
