Can't send voice message and can't record a video

Hi,
I have xperia Z and i have updated to android lollipop 5.1.1. When i want to send voice message using Whatsapp messenger. It won't send. Same as Wechat. I have reset my phone about three times. I don't know what to do.

Next,
After i update to android lollipop 5.1.1. I can't to record a video. I was reset my phone. It won't work.

Please someone help

Aaa one more thing. Where did i want to install the instagram. Bcs i needed i am a newbie photographer. Did i need install the apk from google?

You should install from google play and see what others say in comments.

I know this is overdue but I guess this might help others who might face this problem. Try to go to setting then chat and then turn off the speaker. This was in my case. Hope it helped.

i think try to download the previous version of andriod u had before lolipop 5.1.1

the device may compatible with the previous version than the new ones
